Reflexology originates back to ancient Egypt as evidenced by inscriptions found on the physician's tomb in Saqqara. The hieroglyphics translation are: "Don't hurt me." The practitioner replies:- " I shall act so you praise me".
Shiatsu is a Japanese therapeutic massage that uses pressure applied to specific trigger or acupressure points. It begins with a physical assessment then systematically moves along the body's meridians. The recipient remains fully clothed throughout the relaxing experience. Aromatherapy can also be included if desired. It uses a combination of massage, stretches, Sotai Therapy, and energy rebalancing to affect the body on a physical and emotional level. The client has the option to include reiki or other forms of Healing Touch to enhance their experience and relaxation.
Shiatsu helps:
Indian Head Massage uses relaxing strokes, light pressure and plucking techniques to create the ultimate relaxation experience. Thai massage combines elements of bodywork, yoga, and energy systems. It is great for increasing range of motion, calming the mind, while relieving stress and tension.
Anti-aging protocols- Natural aesthetic procedures, non surgical facelift and facial rejuvenation, cellulite treatment, and breast firming.
Mesotherapy- A minimally invasive procedure widely used across Europe and internationally. In addition to being an alternative cosmetic procedure, it is used to treat various injuries and medical conditions. It is a non-surgical solution targeting problem areas with microinjections of either homeopathic or FDA approved conventional medicines such as vitamins, minerals, plant extracts, enzymes and amino acids. Small amounts of these products are delivered directly into the mesoderm (the middle layer of skin) that are highly specific to the condition being treated. Mesotherapy can be used for eliminating cellulites and local fat deposits, promoting weight loss and provide natural support in anti aging. It is also used to treat acute and chronic sprains, strains, muscular aches and joint problems.
Bowen Therapy- A muscle and connective tissue therapy. It involves a series of gentle, rolling motions often referred to as "soft tissue manipulation" that stimulate the body to heal itself. The Bowen technique usually results in relief of many health problems and specific injuries both acute and chronic. This is done using the body's innate healing power, through the practitioner delivering signals to the nervous system at specific locations on muscles, nerves, tendons or ligaments.
The Bowen technique addresses the entire body by restoring balance via the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS). Most people today live in a state of constant stress or sympathetic ANS over stimulation (fight or flight). Healing generally occurs when people are in a more relaxed or parasympathetic dominant state. The Bowen technique seems to help the individual shift to a parasympathetic state, which is why patients often fall into deep relaxation or fall asleep during sessions. Each treatment includes sets of soft tissue manipulations, with short pauses (minimum of 2 minutes) in between to allow the body to adjust and integrate the changes.
Some conditions that can respond well to Bowen are:
Intravenous Therapy- Allows the rapid delivery of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants, by bypassing the digestive tract and injecting substances directly into the blood stream. Though diet typically provides the basic needs of the body, certain nutrients can have a stronger effect when provided at a higher dosage. IV therapy achieves the pharmaceutical dosage that would be impossible to attain through oral consumption. It is an effective and powerful treatment for a range of conditions including:
Chelation therapy- an effective alternative therapy in treating many chronic and degenerative illnesses caused by heavy metal toxicity. Chelation therapy involves the intravenous infusion of chelating agents such as DMPS or EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetra-acetic Acid). EDTA removes toxic heavy metals, mainly lead, as well as excessive metalic ions such as iron from the body, therefore cleansing the blood and improving circulatory and metabolic functions of the body. EDTA can effectively be used in the treatment of many cardiovascular and circulatory diseases such as carotid artery disease, atherosclerosis, venous stasis disorders, cerebral vascular disease, peripheral vascular disease, coronary artery disease, as well as other degenerative disease such as multiple scelorosis, alzheimer's disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune disorders. DMPS is a sulfur based compound mainly used for removal of mercury, however it does have an effect on the removal of other heavy metals, such as lead, arsenic and cadmium.
Transform your body naturally, safely, and harmoniously. Results can be seen quickly. In China and other areas in Asia, acupuncture is used as anesthetic during surgery to stop pain and the pain signal from reaching the brain. No medication needs to be used and subsequently medication adverse effects are eliminated.
We also provide acupuncture for detoxification, facial rejuvenation, pregnancy, childbirth, and to treat poor ovarian reserveas well as the traditional chinese medicine approach.

Orton-Gillingham Therapeutic Tutoring is a multisensory phonics-based approach to reading, writing and spelling.
It provides:
explicit instruction in the written code of the English language;
one-to-one tutoring that allows constant interaction between the tutor and student to maximize learning each tutoring session;
a sequential step by step approach that is success oriented; and
a positive learning environment that centers on enabling students to become self-correcting and independent learners.
It can benefit students who:
are struggling with reading, writing and/or spelling and performing below their expected level in these areas;
who have not been successful with other reading programs;
are dyslexic; and/or
guess at words or struggle to read unfamiliar words.
These persons can succeed when the teacher or those responsible for their success:
understand language; its processing; production and structure;
understand the nature of a specific language difference and its ramification; and
understand the way dyslexics learn.
Studies Show:
The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) in the United States have concluded the best strategy for preventing and correcting reading problems is explicit, systematic instruction that emphasizes:
Early letter knowledge and phonemic awareness;
Instruction in letter-sound correspondence and spelling generalizations;
Opportunity and encouragement to use spelling-sound knowledge in reading and writing;
Daily sessions for supported and independent reading with attention to fluency and comprehension; and
Active exploration of concepts provided in written text.
The Orton-Gillingham approach meets all of these criteria.

Neurotherapy and self-regulation is rapidly evolving into a primary care option for many disorders as well as within the corporate environment for improving employees' productivity, outcomes, organisational competitiveness, reducing absenteeism, and undesired conflict or behaviours. It can be used to manage mood, anxiety, sleep quality, learning, cognitive processing, pain, addictions, anger management, memory decline and over 64 other undesired symptoms. Other relaxation techniques will be introduced including massage, imagery, psychological techniques, and psychiatric assessment tools to assist with better assigning staff to more effective roles within the organisation or structuring their workload accordingly.
The workshop starts with overviewing areas each employee can improve their productivity, competitiveness in the local and international market, identifying undesired behaviours they wish to reduce, while introducing innovative training and workplace strategies to increase long term competitiveness. We will demonstrate how all day to day operations can be improved through self-regulation, effective business management, improving the use of the internet and web sites for sales and marketing, and any other specific areas of interest. We will discuss managing stress and anger, dealing with conflict and difficult behaviours of colleagues or customers, performance enhancement strategies, as well as how new feedback and computer devices can be used to achieve improved accuracy and performance goals. Methods for optimising customer relationships or reactivity, aggressive behaviour, misunderstanding, and hostility will be explored. Each participant learns how to self-regulate their physiological and psychological responsiveness and maximise their learning & IQ as well as set suitable and attainable goals.
An initial assessment of each employee's needs and a post training comparative will be conducted to determine learning objectives. Biofeedback, relaxation, BrainGym, behaviour modification, psychological approaches, as well as strategies are integrated and explained to address a wide range of situations or conditions enabling staff to immediately apply these easy stress reduction and performance enhancement techniques. Individuals desiring more comprehensive support can request private sessions depending on their needs.
(Pre and post comparatives, a continuous performance test (Test of Variables of Attention), a mini-EEG, and other electrography or polysomnography (full physiological monitoring) baselines are performance to identify each participants level of focus and how long it takes them to regain their ideal performance state). On-going quantifiable and qualitative comparatives are performed.
